Q: Monogram Setup Confusion
Why is the letter representing my last name positioned in the middle of my monogram?
A:
This can often cause some confusion to the new monogramming enthusiast. To answer you simply; because that's the way it has always been. A traditional monogram will have your first and middle initial on either side of your last initial which will always be the largest one. That being said, this is your own design and if you don't want your monogram set up that way feel free to request something different. Two and even four letter monograms are also a possibility for those of you with no middle name, two middle names or for ladies with a hyphenated maiden and married name.
Q: I can't choose that option
I noticed the product you have pictured is in a fabric not listed in the menu. May I use the same fabric pictured?
A:
Of course you can! If you see a fabric you like but I don't have it listed you can make a special request at no extra charge. Simply put any request in the extras box and it will be made just the way you want. You can also request a fabric or pattern not shown or listed. Just leave in the extras box "Could I have this in pink and white polka dot fabric?". Please know that there may be additional charges based on the expense of the fabric you would like. Everything we sell is made to order so you get to decide exactly what you want!
Q: I didn't see that font
I noticed that in the picture you have used a font not shown in the menu. May I use that font instead?
A:
Of course you can! We offer the fonts most commonly chosen by customers for monogramming. There are so many monogramming fonts out there and listing them all would have made for a super long menu but that doesn't mean you can't request it. Just leave any special request in the extras box and we will be sure your purchase arrives to you exactly how you designed it!
Q: I have my own fabric
I have my own fabric I would like to have made into a Monograms Etc. design. Would that be possible?
A:
Sure! We understand that sometimes in life things MUST match perfectly! If you want to have an exact match between your new drapes and toss pillows that is no problem. If you want to have handbags made in the same fabric as your bridesmaid's dresses we can do that! Just leave a note about it in the extras box and someone will contact you with an address to ship it to. Please know that this will add additional time to complete the order as we will have to wait until your fabric reaches us.
Q: I have a special request
I just love your (insert product here) but I was wondering if it could be (insert request here)?
A:
We will do our best! Just send us a message by choosing "Contact Us" and let us know what your request is. Want to change the size? Add a bow? Use different trim? Anything you can think of we will try to put together. Since all of our products are made to order by hand the only limit is your imagination. Just send us your inquiry and someone will be in touch with you for the details and to give you a quote.
